Staff needs more training
Both my husband and I are their ambassador members. We are dissapointed with how they treated their value customers. We had to call the front desk to get the same treatment for the two rooms we reserved (e.g. fresh fruit). The bar's staff were very dissapointing. We were told that their club room was not ready to be used and we had to use the lobby's bar after the front desk manager taking us there. The staff treatred us as if we were taking advantage but actually we had to pay the ambassador membership. The staff were rude.
Apart from that, the hotel's pool was managed by other company. We can only used it once each day. The breakfast and lunch buffet have little varieties to choose. Very dissapointed with this Intercontinental hotel.
