It was good. The room comfortable.
The room was clean and comfortable. There was a fire drill that receptionnfailed to warn me about. I left the room running down the fire exit alone, only to see the final gate closed downstairs. The breakfast looked very poor of options. The evening restaurant food was delicious.

Nice single-night layover near Fiumicino airport
Nice for a single-night layover near Fiumicino airport. Dinner at the main restaurant was quite nice. However, breakfast was lame. Foodwarmer had no power (cold scrambled eggs and ham. Waiters (both dinner and breakfast) need re-training in customer service. The rest of the staff was very cordial and helpful.

Convenient for the airport
Used this Hotel for an overnight before our flight the next morning. Overall a good Hotel on the waterfront, close to many restaurants and bars. The Hotel provides an airport pick up/drop off shuttle service €7 pp each way. Our room had reasonable facilities including a fridge, comfortable bed and balcony with a sea view (unfortunately no kettle.) One other big plus is it’s possible to visit the old Roman port of Ostia either by public transport or taxi, ask at the desk for options (well worth a visit allow at least half a day) Sally and Dave York’s

2 night stop before flight home.
Stayed for 2 nights. Came off a cruise and flight home wasnt imuntil 2 days later. Picked this hotel because of reviews and location we arrived early and knew we couldn't check in until later.The guy at the counter said to come back at 11. We cane back at 10:55 was abruptly told by a female employee that check-in was at 1 i said the guy told us to come back at 11. He said its not 11...We were offered another room but rhey wouldnt charge us the early check-in rate i declined as I wanted the room I had already paid for. So we waited until 1pm. We were then told our room was just being cleaned. This was quite frustrating. They eventually did give us a room but it was not the exact room I booked. At this point we took it as we were very tired. Customer service was lacking and the fact that we were sitting in the reception area waiting that they couldnt have asked the room attendants to have ours ready for 1 pm. Very disappointing end to our trip. The bed was very uncomfortable and only 2 flat pillows. The comforter was in the closet as was 1 other pillow.

This is an excellent hotel for a one night stay close to the airport. Excellent spacious room with a view of the sea. We were able get go for a walk along the canal which is pleasant and see fishermen and watch the sunset. We had an excellent dinner at a wonderful family restaurant nearby called Giorgio’s. The included breakfast at the hotel is excellent also! The shuttle service to and from the airport is very good for €7/person. However, the instructions they give you for finding the shuttle at the airport via YouTube are outdated and wrong. I finally had to end up calling them to figure out exactly where to find the shuttle. They really should update the information they send you. It is now a general black van that serves many hotels, but you need to be in a specific place to find it. But once you find it everything goes smoothly. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a place near the airport.
