2/10 Poor

Television did not work, no phone in room, had to walk across parking lot to check in at a Super 8, there was a hole punched in the bathroom door, key card did not work correctly, no access to ice (had to go across street to other hotel to get it), no staff available at hotel including front desk, lightbulbs missing in lights but the beds were clean.

Breakfast options could be better. Can provide atleast 3 towels instead of 2 if the room is booked for three. Friendly staff.

2/10 Poor

Kids or adults work here
Walked in to check in and there were kids laying around watching TV and eating cereal. They were playing with Duct Tape and one girl had it over her mouth and 1eye. I was told by one child that I had to walk across the parking lot and check in at the Super 8. I didn’t book a room at the Super 8. There was no adult in the Econolodge front desk area. Just kids. After seeing the kids and no adult, laying all over the floor watching TV and eating, not the way to run a business.

Good Stay
Our room was a good size, the bed was comfy, and every thing worked. There were only three pillows on the queen size bed, so I was glad we had extra pillows in the car. When we got there, we had to go to the Super 8 next door to check in. The clerk who checked us in was super friendly and helpful, but it just made me feel like there would be no one working in our building if we needed something. Breakfast was nothing much, but we had our own breakfast food with us so that wasn't a big deal for us. Also, the room was basically clean, but there was dust in the corners and out of the way places, which no one else would probably notice. I worked as a housekeeper many years ago, so I do notice those things. Overall, I would say we had a good stay.

Meh
It was a bit odd that one had to go to the Super 8 next door to check in and out... but the one thing that removes this place as an option for future stays is waking up with a headache and a series of bite marks on my upper arms.
