This property was perfect. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. I thought it was charming that they have a hotel mascot that is an adorable lab wearing a pink bow tie. Her name is Mila. I will absolutely be returning to this hotel for every trip to Bogota.

Lack of maintenance of room, found a leaking toilet water all over the floor, broken window locks, broken toilet seat, loose sink faucet, smell of moisture. Otherwise staff very friendly and cooperative.

The majority of the staff were kind and helpful. The room where we stayed had a non-functional sink, the faucet was leaking and the shower door had lots of mildew. The towels were old and stained and the bed was uncomfortable. The property owner needs to invest to fix the rooms and get new towels and sheets.
