I booked W12 Rooms because I needed somewhere to stay while working in London for 5 days. It's in a great location on Shepherds Bush Green with lots of food options and with Westfield London a few minutes walk away, it's great for shopping etc too. Lots of local amenities and great transport links. Would book again if working in the Shepherds Bush area again.

I've always stayed at the W12 rooms since 2018. Lovely rooms, friendly staff. Its right beside Shepherds Bush underground station on the Central Line so handy for anywhere in London and you've London Overground station across the road and Westfield shopping centre behind you!

The location is excellent for shopping ( right next to W12 shopping centre ), with a large variety of restaurants within a 5 min walk. Also excellent location for transport being right next to Shepherds Bush tube station. Could not fault it.

Great stay at W12. Clean and nice rooms in a great location. There a lot of stairs as I was on the top floor but the staff took my bags up for me which was a nice touch. The only downside was my room had a skylight which had no blind so was very bright in the early morning, but otherwise a great stay.
