My friend and I stayed in a twin room on the third floor - 'Droom'. Our expectations were low having stayed in other hostels, however the room was well lit with individual bed lamps, the decor was chic and generally pretty, there were clean towels and sheets for us, and a bottle of water with two glasses on arrival. The reception we got was warm, friendly and very helpful. The only downside was the fact that the Hotels.com page for the hostel had noted that there would be a fridge in the room and there clearly wasn't. However the advice and help that we got from staff throughout our stay more than made up for that omission - also, there are two fridges in the basement kitchen! Would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't mind a shared bathroom and a few stairs to climb. The location was excellent for both exploring the town as well as the beautiful harbour and Het Park. Very cool bar and lounge area too, looking forward to going back!
