8/10 Very good

Served our purposes...nothing glamorous!
Pemberton Gateway Village Suites served our needs. A basic room with basic provisions. It was a sparse room, a television cable box hanging from the tv on the wall and no room cleaning service provided, however beds were comfy, the room was large, toilet paper was provided, wifi was fast, information for obtaining keys to room was thorough. All necessary information of the room and check in were provided prior, so there were no surprises. Location to Pemberton and eating places was excellent.

Clean Place But Needs Update
The suite was clean and in a handy location, however some areas due to wear and tear need attention.

10/10 Exceptional

The apartment exceeded our expectations! Theyve turned the hotel into priivate suite rentals now. So sadly, I don't think they will be available to rent through any hotel booking any longer. But my friend and I loved our stay there. The newly renovated rooms were great. Only thing miasing was some soap for the bathroom but we made do with what we brought with us. I'd love to stay again if we could!

2/10 Poor

Mid Reno Nighmare
Was terrible. Apparently they were between Managers and when calling the cell phone to check in as posted on the piece of paper taped to the wall, the manager said we'd have to call someone else as they hadn't been paid. Our first room wasn't what we booked and had unpainted walls in the bathroom with drywall dust everywhere. The fridge was full of old food. We switched rooms which wasn't much better and had holes cut in the bathroom walls to access pipes. The TV boxes simply hung by their wires on the wall. I was told they were going through reno's but this was way beyond normal and there was no offer of any compensation at all. Might be nice once its complete but service recovery is not in their vocabulary.

Stayed there for 2 nights for Whistler sky weekend. The hotel was very underwhelming. The room was dirty and beds weren't comfortable. This facility is overpriced.Won't stay there again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
