Terrible rooms decent service.
Got in very late first night on Christmas Eve.Memory foam mattress was broke down on both beds. shower head leaked would not shut off TV was broken. The next bed went to office gave us another room for our second night. It was slightly better TV did work mattress was a little better but was still breaking down but did not feel like it was hitting the the box springs. Not the cleanest room. They did refund my stay without having to ask they did that after the first night or probably would not have stayed the second night. So serve was not bad but rooms are in pretty bad shape.

When I looked at the outside of the building I was thinking okay it looks nice and seems kept up. After you enter the inside of the hotel the look changes. Soon as I entered the room it had a smell and the biggest roach I ever seen. I kept everything in my suit case and nothing touched the floor. I seen a total of 7 roaches and they were not little. I know this place has to know about them and just don't care. The lady that checked me in was nice. I thought about complaining and to get a different room but I'm pretty sure the whole building probably has them. I won't be returning to this location.
