This is a 2 star hotel, not a 3.5 star hotel.
This is a 2 star hotel, not a 3.5 star hotel as listed on hotels.com and tripadvisor. There is a government issued 2 star plaque right on the front of the building clearly stating the hotel's name and that it's 2 stars.
I booked the Deluxe Room on Hotels.com listed as 24 m2, but the room was only 17 m2. The posters on the wall said room 402 is a Deluxe Room that is 24 m2, but it's a lie. I called Hotels.com Customer Support and they gave me $15 off my next booking. The room had a cheap, metal door, made for outdoor sheds, not suitable for a 3 star hotel. Hotels.com lists this hotel as a 3.5 star hotel. It's more like a 2 star hotel.
Room 402 was too far from the wifi router for phones to connect. They had a desk, but no outlets near the desk, you would need an extension cord to connect your laptop.
The only good thing about the room is that they had two silk bathrobes in the closet.
The hotel is in a good location, with restaurants, bars, and beach nearby. The Front Desk let me check out at 1pm.
Room Tip: Deluxe rooms are not 24 m2, they are 17 m2.
