Upmarket motel
Really enjoyed this little boutique style hotel. It did feel a bit like an upmarket motel. The mattress was extremely soft and the walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything going on in the next rooms. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. It has nice hot tub and is in a good location.

Kyah Hotel is a gem in the blue mountains. The price for the room is great for the modern and clean hotel room with inclusions of the complimentary hotel facilities e.g. electronic bikes hire, tennis court, sauna and breakfast table etc. We also love that the hotel has its own sustainable homestead garden and chicken coop.
