The on-premises bar is a full blown open air nightclub which raves between 10pm and 3am every night. Sleep is impossible … the room literally shakes. And this on-premises bar is owned by a different group so the hotel has no control of the sound. When Expedia contacted them regarding this issue they didn’t respond.

Good room
A quite large room with separated zones for living and sleeping. Someone might not appreciate the noise coming from the bar below. More noise than expected, but it did not bother me. Larger bathroom with both shower and bathtub separated. Excellent water pressure. Comfortable bed, linen and pillows. Slept very well. Small reception area with very friendly staff. The outside of the hotel is a part of Boys Town. Not for everyones liking, but the boys don't bother you of you're not interested and they are respectful. Friendly smiles bringing you friendly smiles back.

Noisy but fun place
The hotel was well located for the things I wanted to do. A lot of noise early evening, but that is to be expected. The air con unit was very noisy and interfered with my sleep. It needs servicing as it was rattling. The room is a bit old, but otherwise fine and comfortable. The people at front desk are nice and helpful

Friendly boutique style hotel with lots of charm. Great location, about 2 mins from the beach, walking at and shopping malls, the area is in the entertainment area and there were great cabaret shows in the area. The hotel was so clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the WiFi was fantastic, and all rooms had great amenities, fantastic value for money, I will certainly be back!

Am amazing hidden gem of a hotel. Super clean and friendly. If you don't want to be bothered and yet be super centrally located then this is your place. It is simple hotel so if you expect a ton of anemities you are at the wrong spot but peace and quiet that you get right here.

Clean hotel with polite staff and basic necessary amenities and conveniences, such as lift/elevator, tour assistance, a small fridge and TV inside the rooms, along with ceiling fan and aircon in good working condition. There are thoughtful touches all around the hotel and on the walls. Note that this hotel is located in BOYZ TOWN, which some people might not like. Other than that, the location is good and convenient. PS: The bottled water inside the fridge are free (as it should be), as is the case with complimentary tee and coffee.

Nice hotel
Hotel located in boyztown! Rooms on first floor are very noisy! I recommend stay on 2nd or third floor! Rooms are nice and clean! It is worth to pay a little extra to get the suite! Its a lot bigger and quieter and even has a hair dryer! Beds are firm but still able to sleep without too much issue! Has elevator, good wifi and good blackout curtain! The cleaning ladies like their tips! 24 hour front desk! No bathtub shower only with adequate hot water! Windows of the room needs to he cleaned on the outside! 2 min walk to beach! Many restaurant bars around! Overall i find the quality of the hotel very good for the price! Air conditioner works well

Nice location, everything else terrible
The only positive thing about this place is it's central location. You can walk to many shops and restaurants in the center of Pattaya. However, there are many gay bars and shows in the neighborhood. The room smells like cigarettes and the windows are small. I asked for the room service and the cleaning lady washed the coffee cups with the same gloves she used to wash the toilet. She didn't even bother bringing me washed cups. She washed them right in the bathroom sink! They calim there's a gym in the hotel but there's none. I've already requested hotels.com for compensation.
