I have stayed at this hotel several times. The hotel is in a quiet location, but close to the city center. Right next door is a bay with piers and a promenade runs along the beach. The rooms are typical for a hotel of this level. Partial sea view may mean a room on the first floor, from where the view is more of the pool. The breakfast is varied enough. The staff is helpful. I tried to get a late check-out this time too, although they first gave me the impression that it was possible, but this time it didn't work either.

Not a very friendly accommodation hotel. I judge from my experience and this is my opinion: Beds are hard, you hear the neighbours load thru the connecting door, room smell of humidity/mold, cracks in the wall, towels really worn-out, balcony is brightly lit up in the evening you can’t turn off, you have pay 10 euro deposit per pool towel, gym only open from 9am-6pm and not a very good one with no free weights. Never used the pool as it was always very crowded and people put out towels early to reserve chairs. Breakfast and location was good! Don´t know how this hotel got 4 stars, it’s at the most a 3 star! I spend around 100 nights a year in hotels around the world and I require more from a **** hotel. I decided to stay in Cyprus an extra day because of flights but moved to a different hotel for the last night and got really friendly received and they offered a good deal and let me check in at 11:30am without charging for an early check-in!

Lovely hotel and a nice greeting by Yulia on reception. Nice location able to walk by the sea or into town. A bit cramped in the Breakfast bar and by the pool. Hotel is spotless and managed well. Only 4 coat hangers in the bedroom and although it was a decent size passing was tight.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly whenever we had interactions with them. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard and had all of the basics that you need for a break away from normal life/a holiday. Breakfast was buffet-style and there were a wide variety of options that catered for all dietary needs. The hotel is situated a 3-minute walk to the nearest beach and you can walk directly along the coastline down the beaches to find a spot that’s ideal for your needs.

Nice position at the less busy end of Protoras, pleasant staff, good breakfast selection and lovely and clean. Our room was slightly on the small side, with only room for one person between dressing table and the bed, making it difficult to pass through the room to the other end. However, nice size balcony with lovely views. Would definitely recommend, but check size of room when booking.

A very pleasant hotel with friendly staff. But I just hate that people think it’s ok to reserve sun beds before breakfast and then not use them until late morning. It’s not fair to everyone and should be stopped. This happened every day and in the end we went to the beach a 10 minute walk away.

On entering the room I noticed that the toilet and bathroom were not clean, with visible stains on the floor and on the door, as well as the toilet. I raised it at the reception and cleaners sorted it out within a few minutes and apologised for the situation. As a VIP guest I received a bottle of red wine which was small and could fill a large glass. The room was on the ground floor next to the swimming pool with a view of the sea behind the pool. BBC and some of the other channels were not working but most channels were operating without issues. The blackout curtains were good, blocking the sun in the morning sufficiently. There was a smell in the room upon entry, coming from the bathroom, but it didn't last for long and it was not intense. The breakfast was good with many options available, coffee and juice. The location of the hotel is very good, with access to the main Protaras road within 5 minutes and access to the main coastline of Protaras within 3 minutes. Checking in and out was smooth and easy. Overall good enough

We stayed in may for 5 nights. The hotel is located in the end of the bay and has great views right by the sea sure . the rooms are spacious convenient and very clean . But if you seek for a nice dark evening on the balcony to watch the sea waves or shooting stars-this would be very much disappointing as the balcony lights are intense and bright carefully designed to lit all night long in order to shine like a giant light house for miles away . so actually all the balcony lights are lit up all night long and together with the pool colorful blinking lights create a happy Disco vibe atmosphere. we asked the staff several times to switch them out only to discover no one knew how . later on we where KINDLY informed the Manager wishes that all balconies would shin indefinite. Even the long dark curtains where not enough to darken the room. .
