We didn't get much sleep.
The good: The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. The bad: We were in the building across the street. It's set back from the road and the entrance isn't lit. We drove past it twice at night even with GPS on. The side of one bed didn't have a nightstand so I had to use a chair. The carpet had a large stain. A vending machine entry was mislabeled and it stole my money. The guy above me must have weighed 600 lbs and wore cement shoes. He stomped across the floor, from one end to the other, continuously, until midnight, and he started again the next morning at 5:30 or 6 AM. We thought he was going to come through the ceiling. We didn't get much sleep.

Nice spot right on Lake Winne’. Was towards end of season, so the bar was out of some items and the place was not crowded.

Excellent beach and very safe for swimming. Outdoor pool was excellent although you have to cross a busy road to access it.

The outside was very nice, but the inside I thought was a bit run down. Staff was not very friendly. For what they charge per night, I would expect the rooms to be in excellent condition, not peeling wallpaper in the bathrooms and no so fresh sheets and blankets

The property was beautiful. We stayed across the street. The building is older but the rooms were renovated and clean. Would stay here again!

Inn Building
The Inn Building is across the street from the main building and most amenities, but does have its own outdoor seasonal pool. A quick walk or drive has you at the indoor pool and hot tub. Everything was spotless, and the service was excellent. The room was a great size, two double beds but plenty of space in the room.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Felt like I was in section 8 housing. They advertise all of these amenities and provide nothing. No resturant. No outdoor fireplace that you can use or sit next to. Can’t use the beach when there is events which was every night. The metal gate to the outside pool is held together with wood screws and fell on my foot leaving a nice rusty laceration on the top of my foot and I had to get a tetanus shot. The shower curtain pole fell on me during the shower. Lights are hanging out of the ceiling. The carpet was so dirty and stained I had to wear shoes in the room. I have a rash from the bed. They don’t have towels at the pool and you have to walk across the road to get there which they don’t tell you. Almost $600.00 for 2 nights in what I would call section 8 housing! If you can avoid staying at this hotel please do!!

A very unique location and offering. Your room is potentially yards away from a beach on Winnipesaukee. The pool, hot tub, and dining area are also amazing.
