What a room!
After a lousy start (my booking couldn’t be found) things picked up. Was upgraded (due to the issue) and quite frankly stayed in a jaw-dropping. The room was enormous, was very well kept, had sensational views and I was SOLD. Minor glitches (like phone not working) didn’t matter. I just stared into the view :)

Amazing views and huge room! Love the bathtub and balcony! Only negatives are, 1. a mild stale smell (disappears after turning on AC) 2. AC has controlled temp (can’t go lower than 22 Celsius) Would def stay here when we return.

Terrible 1 night stay
Upon arrival, we were taken to our hotel room and were immediately hit with an overwhelming damp smell. We then realised that a large proportion of the bedroom walls were covered with mould which is obviously unsafe to sleep in. The staff apologised and took us to another room which still had a damp smell. After inspecting the second room, we found more mould covering the walls. We informed the staff of this again and they eventually moved us to the presidential suite which was fine (I am guessing this is one of the only rooms in the hotel which is free of mould). We chose to pay for the buffet breakfast the next morning at the hotel and were informed that the total price for two of us was around £15. We then double checked this with the member of staff and they agreed. After we had eaten the breakfast, we were charged £30 by another member of staff. We explained to them that this was not the price we were quoted but staff just kept repeating that we needed to pay it. After standing our ground, they eventually said we could pay the £15 and they would cover the rest. The staff were rude and clearly not interested in keeping our custom again in future. Given all that had gone wrong during our one-night stay, I would have expected more from a 4.5 star hotel. After reading the other poor reviews on this website, I’m hoping to not get the same generic response from the hotel that was given to everyone else.
