Amazing stay and great service from all staff! The room was comfortable, very clean and the view was lovely, of the gardens and the lake, so peaceful. The food at the bar is amazing too - the full restaurant is opening soon which will probably have great food too! The bed was really comfortable and they also had Netflix which was handy! Always a great experience and has never disappointed us. The book-in was friendly and easy, as was our departure. The room was clean, tidy and spacious with a great view over the gardens. I won’t hesitate to book here again.

The resort lacked warmth and ambience the room was sparsely furnished, seating was extremely uncomfortable one redeeming factor the bed was comfortable The menu offered very little choice there was seven dishes to choose from all Mexican, we ate at the RSL,food there was delicous and plenty of choiceThe Cubana resort was very disappointing we paid $774 dollars for three nights and left a day early.

Well situated and layout great a bonus was a very quiet fridge and very little road noise. I missed the biscuits, spa and steam room out of order, but the gardens are beautiful. Will stay again next time I’m travelling.
