Great stay near attractions.
Great location basically within the historic Port Arthur precinct. Comfortable room with a nice veranda to relax on. Restaurant and bar was a great addition with friendly staff.

Great location
Perfect location if you’re going to the Port Arthur historic site as you get in by the back gate avoiding any queues. Rooms were clean though dated and the bathroom was old. Overall it was a great stay and staff were very helpful.

Couldn’t get closer to Port Arthur historic site
Great facility right on the port Arthur historic site, so you could see the ruins from the restaurant and access the site from the grounds. Restaurant food was terrific. An older motel, but still had everything you needed and clean and comfortable.

Location was amazing!! Although the Inn was clean and comfortable, it is in serious need of renovations. I could not hide my initial disappointment when we first walked in...I wanted to leave. Door to room needs to provide a little more privacy and security - seems like the door could be kicked in with ease. Front desk staff are amazing. Restaurant staff was in midst of training - had requested hot water/tea every meal...still waiting for it to arrive.

I liked that it was so close to the Port Arthur Historic Site. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was really good. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. We paid $12 and only got 2 slices of toast. Very limited cereal selection and no hot food.

This motel is on the backdoor of the Port Arthur site. Although the rooms are dated, they are very clean and roomy. There is direct access to the historic site, a friendly local bar and a choice of meals and locations - in the dining room or in the bar. Some rooms overlook the site and have a balcony, where you can sit and take in the beautiful site. There is also on-site parking and is close to other attractions in the area.

General maintenance around common areas is lacking, with a bit of TLC would make a world of difference,as the location is great. Rooms were very tired,but were clean. Parking for larger suv's was tight. Meals were great,and staff although under the pump were fantastic.
