Péssimo! Atendimento deixou a desejar, estacionamento cobrado a parte por DIA. Não foi feito a limpeza do quarto nenhum dia, tivemos que ir BUSCAR na RECEPÇÃO toalha e papel higiênico. Cortinas sujas, ar condicionado extremamente SUJO, com poeira. Café da manhã ruim. Elevador funcionando somente um oque dificulta a circulação. Unica coisa boa é a localização.

Péssimo, tudo!!! Para piorar me cobraram 50,00 para guardar meu carro pois contam Com serviço de manobrista… ao sair pela manhã fui informado de que não tinham manobrista e que eu deveria pegar a minha mala e mochila e dar a volta na quadra para pegar meu carro, subir uma elevado e depois descer pelo outro lado até chegar aos fundo s do hotel que meu carro estaria mor stacinnamento deles… ao chegar lá vejo ruínas de uma antiga casa, tudo cheio de terra e pó, sujeira de demolição e um portão aberto com meu carro e outros largados ali para quem quisesse chegar e pegar, isto não faz sentido nenhum, cobram por um serviço bom e te dão um calote depois, nem falo das instalações que são péssimas, quarto, cama, banheiro, café… e por aí vai uma lista de coisas que não são compatíveis com a hotels.com anunciar. Um Lixo!!

o cartao nao funcionava, o reaponsavel tinha que vim toda vez conosco para abrir pela chave, durante a noite nao teve agua quente, tomei banho gelado, banheiro sem tapetes, faltou papel higienico, a porta do banheiro nao trancava e nem travava, o vento abria a porta (bem constrangedor ja que dividi o quarto com uma pessoa), o wifi nao chegava no quarto, o ar nao gelava. perguntei se tinha como trocar de quarto, o reaponsavel disse que todos estavam assim, pago essa media em hoteis e todos exelentes, esse hotel nao vale o preco que eu paguei.

Total Decepção
Chegamos no hotel, primeiro falava estacionamento incluso , tive que pagar R$50,00 e meu carro ficou na rua em frente ao hotel. Tivemos que trocar de quarto por 3 vezes , pois 1 não funcionava a Tv e o ar, outros não funcionou o ar e o último não havia toalhas de banho muito menos sabonetes, somente restos na janela do box e até papel higiênico sujo dentro do box do banheiro. Café da manhã pão velho, queijo puro sal, ovos mexidos frio, salsicha enlatada mole e fria. Decepcionante.

Atendimento na entrada pessimo e demorado Ar condicionado do quarto estragado quarto sujo Roupa de cama com mal cheiro e suja. Encardida. Não foi mencionado que tinha taxa de garagem. Estacionaram à noite porém pela manhã tivemos que buscar o carro a uma quadra de distância. Atendentes despreparadas e sem vontade de resolver os problemas como por exemplo o ar e a distância do carro.
