David the concierge was fantastic. Dropped my car off and picked my car up for me on the street. The TV in the room was old and hard to navigate. The rooms are quite dated, Super hard to get the thermostats to work and the hotel is under construction in the lobby.

The staff was outstanding. Shane in particular (although all other interactions were very positive) worked to understand our needs and met or exceeded the support expected.
