Worst customer service by website Hotels.com
At the time of check-in there was a issue with the number of guests booked. The same was sorted by hotel staff however a call to website Hotels.com from where room was booked had worst experience of mine . Inspite of informing him about ISD call , the hotels.com executive kept on hold for 15 mins till my phone balance was over and then no response from hotels.com. is is professional to keep your customer hanging at a different country and shrug yoirslef of responsibilities. I'm never going to book from hotels.com again.
The hotel Dhaka Garden Inn is really good, it's a clean and well mantained rooms and staff is very helpful. They put extra effort to ensure your comfort. I'll be visiting them again
