Good location, no facilities
Old hotel in the city center but with no facilities (kettle, sleepers). The stuff is not speaking English. Every time you are leaving the hotel you are asked to leave the room key at the reception for “security reasons” but the real reason is that they don’t have cards for rooms, they still use the classic keys and they are afraid of loosing it.

Nice hotel in the old part of the city.
Lovely hotel in the old part of the city, made to feel very welcome as soon I walk into the reception. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Location is perfect, shopping, restaurants, tourist sights just walking distance. Breakfast buffet was nice, with my booking I paid extra for this but is was worth it. Highly recommended.

Quiet Comfortable and well located affordable stay
A lovely little hotel in the middle of the old town part of central Bielefeld. Quiet rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Beds are rather hard for my taste but otherwise a great place to stay. We have stayed here before and we will stay again I am sure.

I fell gravelly ill and contacted the hotel, first asking to hold my reservation as I planned to arrive a day late, and never heard back from them. I then contacted them to cancel my reservation as I could not make the trip for health reasons and requested that 2 of the 6 booked nights be reimbursed, and never heard back either. I cannot recommend hotel that cares so little about its customers that won't even respond to messages even to acknowledge they were received.

The hotel is in central area of Bielefeld but in a side street away from noise the hotel is very basic but its a good place to stay the rooms have no air con so was warm in room very good staff who did speak English would recommend if your on a budget

My wife has stayed at the hotel for quite some time, and the staff are excellent very friendly helpful could not wish for better. Rooms are clean and fresh, location perfect, value for money. Breakfast is very good and again the lady that s there is excellent. Cannot fault this hotel as its meet all our needs? Special thank you for the receptionist who got a birthday cake for my wife as a special request

Very close to town center,
Arrived at 1400, got told check in is 1500 so I have to come back later, no problem had to do something else anyway, Room was pretty clean, needs a little updating as the base of the bed looked like it been threw the wars. Parking is limited as the lift for there own Parking is broken and cost too much to repair o have to park down the road, Lift in hotel for passengers also broke down when we were there, so think Hotel might need seriös updating otherwise enjoyed our stay.
