We had an enjoyable stay .owners are hard working at keep this place decent .its very clean and you have sylvan lake ,right across the street .There is also a good size lawn with a very large firepit .(owners were generous and offered us free wood).I have stayed at this motel several times over the years since the 80's.This is an older motel but well kept and the owners work hard at maintaining it.lovely stay as usual, enjoyed drinks around the firepit, views of the lake and very clean comfortable beds for under $150.

The property has an excellent location. Staff are lovely but possibly understaffed. The rooms are clean. The in room amenities were not completely stocked (limited cutlery, mismatched dishes, no dish towels or dish soap). We still love coming to this spot. New owners are working hard. I believe they will continue to upgrade this property. We will continue to book here.

The only upside is location but it isn’t worth this price - from no one there to check us in for 20 min to the interesting people hanging out in th parking lot all evening, smell of weed so strong at 1 am that it woke me up; party in back alley, and price was horrible. They gave our reservation away because we showed up an hour after check in and we put pay for reservation at the property but the card I used had to be canceled and replaced so they tried the card after we were 1 hour after check in and then it didn’t work so they gave our reservation away!

Great location and rooms were clean. But our rooms were filled with secondhand smoke from all the guests smoking outside the room. Air conditioner, toilet and wifi all didn’t function properly. Very loud guests and no quiet time policy after hours. Nobody at the front desk to talk to.
