Amazing staff!!!
We traveled here for a family wedding during what turned out to be the peak of tropical storm Ophelia which made our stay all about the hotel. The staff was the most amazing, friendly and went above and beyond! I can’t think of the last time I’ve encountered such a great staff. Thank you for making our stay the best under the circumstances.

Nice stay!
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is older but has been updated to meet Holiday Inn standards. Room was clean and comfortable. Biggest con was the chairs on balcony are not tall enough to see over banister. It Blocks your entire ocean front view. For the extra room price to be oceanfront they need to invest a small amount in taller chairs. The location on Nags Head is great and the hotel is just a few steps from the ocean. Very good continental breakfast and dining area.

Staff was very friendly. That was the only positive about our stay. This property is very old and even though it is obvious HI has tried to renovate, it still does not measure up to their other properties at which I have stayed. I realize it is about the location, but I think this property should be razed and a new structure erected.

Great Hotel and Staff.
We loved this hotel. The staff was so friendly and greeted us every time we went out or came back. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable - and I’m very picky about beds. The only downside was that we didn’t get a room with a view of the ocean, but we only booked it the same week so we can’t complain about that. 😊
