No peace and quiet.
There's no staff here, which makes the place feel unwelcoming. They are leveraging it as "high tech" but really they don't want to pay for the staff to oversee the place I'm sure. You need a PIN for your room, which you get by filling out a link from an email I never got. Within 20 minutes of checking in, my neighbors started having sex I could hear clear as day. So I called customer service and got a new room, but wrong PIN. Called again, got the right pin. In the evening, the fire alarm was set off TWICE so I was unable to relax at all. Once I did get to sleep, I did sleep well, but they put me in a room right next to the call box for customer service. I could hear everything they said and smell all their cigarette smoke. It's also alongside a busy road and there is a liquor store at the base level. Not someplace I'd like to come back to.

Fire truck outside our complex when someone triggered the fire alarm. People were still smoking near the building as this was happening.

2/10 Poor

The loudest hotel in usa
The hotel needs to divulge that there is a steel structure construction of a building going on directly across the street from the hotel which is on a major road called route 58 between the cars motorcycles and the construction and the restaurant below the hotel itself called Barcelona and the liquor store below the hotel this is the loudest hotel possibly in the United States it is brutal and there's no front desk or nobody around even if you email to ask for a room possibly in the back maybe no one will respond to you it's a poor situation for the price point terrible terrible terrible noise brutal

Eery place but room was nice enough
The hotel was dark and a little eery with few guests. There is no staff so you call and someone gives you a room number and code to enter. That's their model, but it's a little offputting to arrive at night to a dark hotel with no employees there. The room was nice enough and the bathroom was clean and tiled, all updated. The room was in the back of the building on the bottom floor (we had reserved that so that wasn't their fault), but it was located between noisy machinery and an open hallway that seemed like an unsafe setup at a dark, empty hotel. Breakfast was not included. The room was good for the price, but we wouldn't stay there again. There is a lot of highway and construction noise nearby. Their companion hotel was a better experience for a similar price.

Careful: Place has problems and NO staff on-site.
Good: Bed was comfy. Bottled water was a nice touch. Air conditioning kicked. Bad: No fridge or microwave in room - there is supposed to be one in the guest lounge, along with the ice machine - but here’s the catch… there is a coded lock and it was broken. There is NO ONE on site. For help, you call a number, wait ten minutes, and then MAYBE someone will answer your call. And if the coded lock is not working, there is nothing they can do. We stayed there because my kid had a lacrosse tournament nearby. WSA on an 88° day, when we needed a little ice for his small cooler to keep his Gatorade cold, we couldn’t get to the hotel ice machine, and the guy who you call wasn’t able to do anything. It’s a terrible business model. Things go wrong in a hotel and you need somebody on site. Also bad: The Roku only TV is annoying. Very few channels and loads slowly. Not good for the price of the room. Because of the restaurant, and their valets, parking in the evening is a royal pain in the butt. Speaking of butts, one of the towels in our room had a cigarette burn through it. Also, they had some construction guy there doing some work who started hammering at 6:45 AM. They are trying to be clever with their No staff thing, but all that ends up happening is nobody is looking out for the guest experience. Recommend avoiding it.
