Stayed here on a quick overnight stop in Arcachon. Lovely friendly and welcoming team who were very keen to help. Hotel is close to the main shopping area in Arcachon and close to the water. Parking at the hotel was easy but I did book it in advance. Good choices at breakfast. Overall, a very good experience.

Outstanding location. Walk to everything. Free parking when still available. Pet friendly. Excellent and friendly service. Rooms a bit tight, but no reason to spend much time in your room when visiting beautiful Arcachon.

The hotel is beautiful and the decor is modern and good quality- our only problem was when we had a shower the water gathered and ran out of the (very modern) shower tray! The water ended up flowing out of the bathroom and into our room. We notified reception about this issue and they plan to look into it. This wouldnt put me off staying again however as its a great hotel in a fantastic location!

Newly renovated with room for improvement
The hotel has just been renovated, which means everything is brand new. However, it became also clear that the team was not very much used to the process... The communication during check in was very poor. Thr checkin time (4pm) was VERY late. The breakfast was very expensive (17,-€ per day and person) and for sure not worth the price. The WiFi connection was not very good/stable. The standard rooms are very tiny and I can only hardly image how you should fit in there with 2 adults. Because of the renovation the gym was not ready/usable. However, the staff was very engaged and tryied their best to help us, if they understood us (as non-french-speaking).

Hôtel rénové avec soin. Très bien placé à 2 min du front de mer à pieds. Chambre exécutive avec balcon, super agréable. El hotel esta muy bien decorado y el personal muy amable. Se puede ir a pie al centro y a la playa. La cama tiene colchon duro, no apto para todas las personas y el desayuno variado, aunque el pan y la bolleria no estan a la altura. El parking tanto interior como exterior es de pago, pero es muy comodo.

Très mauvaise gestion de la climatisation
Alors qu'il ne faisait que 15°C dehors la nuit, il faisait plus de 25°C dans la chambre et impossible de la rafraîchir... La climatisation soufflait de l'air chaud, pas de possibilité de faire un courant d'air avec l'unique fenêtre ouverte. À 4h du matin, j'ai fini par descendre à la réception où la seule chose que j'ai pu obtenir fut un ventilateur... À 200€ la nuit, il devrait être possible de dormir confortablement dans une chambre non surchauffée l'été, d'autant quand il fait frais dehors. Le lendemain matin tôt, un technicien venait inspecter les climatisations à notre étage : le problème était donc connu. Nous avons entendu le lendemain après midi une autre cliente à un autre étage se plaignant, au contraire, que sa climatisation ne pouvait pas être arrêtée depuis le passage du technicien... À part ça, hôtel des années 80 très joliment rénové et employés sympathiques. Vraiment dommage
