What fantastic views!
Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings with stunning views. Our room was excellent with large terrace. It is out of Ella but easy to get TukTuks there and back.

Luxurious hotel just outside Ella.
Spacious, comfortable, room with a great view. Good service throughout the hotel, bar the restaurant. The desk staff were particularly helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The suggestion that the hotel has a pool is at best disingenuous. There is no pool in the hotel grounds, but there is one a couple of hundred metres away, which can be used by hotel guests - and the public - at a cost of about £20 per day.

Lovely relaxing stay
Relaxing 2 nights. The views are incredible. Easy access to Little Adams Peak. A short tuktuk to 9 arches bridge or town centre. Breakfast wonderful with lovely fruit and other good choices. Dinner good. The only negative is that the pool is in a sister resort club which requires entry fee.

Excellent resort with beautiful views, staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that on a couple of occasions we had to wait for the buggy between 20 - 30 minutes. They do state that the maximum wait time is 20 minutes, I feel this should be no more than 10 minutes maximum, it is quite a walk from the villa to the main part of the hotel.

The most tranquil setting I have ever stayed in, the views are amazing, the staff are tentative especially the restaurant and room teams. A short tuk tuk ride into Ella, a perfect luxury base to see all that Ella has to offer. Sensational!!

We had a wonderful time at this resort. Beautiful views from our balcony. The bathroom was luxurious and all staff were very helpful. The food was delicious at all mealtimes with lots of variety. The only fault was the pool club closed early on an evening but overall an amazing e pedirnos and would recommend this hotel.

This resort is an interesting concept. If we had known it was under construction we’d have made alternate statements though. The food at the restaurant was certainly needing improvement. The staff was very kind and courteous. The main pool was closed due to Reno’s and you were required to go next door.

What a Beautiful hotel with wonderful views. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic food. But beware Sri Lankan curries can be very hot. Ps the photos on the website do not do the hotel justice. Would highly recommend. Some of the rooms are a long way from the restaurant pool area , but the hotel provide an efficient golf buggy service, so not a problem.

Breathtaking views, rooms were spacious and accommodating, overall stay was amazing. Staff service was exceptional, there is room for improvement for certain facilities, for instance, the pool hours should be extended, clear signs/instructions for different facilities that’s available for 98 Acres guests ( it was a bit confusing with Ravana pool club vs. the restaurant and pool for hotel guests) and food can be better (more options and overall quality).
