Fantastic hotel with perfect service in the heart of Eindhoven. Room was a bit cold, but reception staff were too kind to fix that. Clean, classy design - you can never mistake NH Collection with another brand. The only missing thing is a parking. The outside parking cost us the price of the room.

Fabulous hotel in central Eindhoven

The NH was very conveniently located in central Eindhoven, opposite the railway station, and near the shops and restaurants. It was not noisy. The rooftop bar gave stunning views of the city at night. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and light, with fast wifi, a safe and fridge. The breakfast was outstanding.

No one home!

Arrived late (~1.15am) due to flight delays. I had sent a msg via hotels.com msg service and tried to call the hotel, but the number on hotels.com didn't work. No one present on check in desk and despite knocking on doors etc, no one was presetnt to check in. As luck would have it, another guest returned from his dinner and needed to get his bags from the storage room behind the check in desk, which the door was open but no lights on, and then the receptionist magically appeared from another off the storage room. It then took another 15 min to chekc in so got to my room arodun 2:15am. Not what you need when you arrive late and have to leave at 7:30!

I have lots of mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms were modern, updated, and very large but set at 20 degrees and we couldn't increase the heat so our room was freezing. The shower wouldn't drain and some of the towels were threadbare with holes. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice touch having water and snacks in the foyer for when you arrive. The location is where all the action is so very walkable to all the shops and restaurants. We opted for the breakfast in the hotel and was one of the nicest we have had at any of the hotels during our road trip through Netherlands and Belgium and all were quite good so that is saying something. One huge negative is no on-site parking. There are only 3 pull in spots to check in and it is on a one way so very difficult to double back to get to the shopping centre parking garage that is across the street. Add to it that on the day we were leaving there was a marathon so the entire street was blocked off- thank goodness this wasn't check in day otherwise not sure what we would have done. If you have a car I would highly recommend staying somewhere else, way too much hassle on top of stress arriving in a new place in a very busy hectic area. Other than those few hiccups it was a nice hotel in a good area.

Mooie centrale ligging, dicht in het centrum en bij het station. Ontbijt op de 13e etage geeft mooi uitzicht, maar zorgt wel voor druk bij de liften. Vriendelijke medewerkers bij de receptie. Enige minpunt is dat het hotel geen parkeergelegenheid heeft.
