Petit hôtel très bien placé, la literie est de très bonne qualité. Beaucoup de bruits des chambres attenantes. C’est un hôtel qui est âgé mais décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et de qualité.

Hébergement bien confort commerces a proximité mais veillez a faire les entretiens des canalisations car c'est vraiment insupportable les odeurs dans la salle de bain. Une dernière chose même si un client vous avez appelé 4 fois même si ce n'est pas trop urgent parlé lui gentiment et poliment. Et si le client vous avez appelé c'est qu'il a besoin de quelque chose forcément par exemple vous demander une nuit de plus pour son séjour. Mais malheureusement le client est allé chercher une nuit ailleurs. Soyez courtois avec vos clients car le client est roi.

Bonjour. Mon epouse et moi-même sommes déçus par la prestation de cette location. Pour faire court : - chambre peu ergonomique, - sanitaire dans salle d'eau (je ne suis pas grand mais mes genous touchent la porte), - pas de table de chevet, - peu de prises electriques, - vue sur lignes sncf / terrain vague, - equipements vieillots, - petite television (même ma tablette 18 pouces est plus grande), - 1 serviette !!!, - pas de réception en permanence, - place de parking aléatoirement disponible, - attention !!!! 1 viennoiserie par personne !!! ... Quasi 100 euros + 20 pour les deux petits déjeuners, ... cela fait très cher, quand bien même l'hotel se situe en centre ville.

Bon séjour à Royan.
L'hôtel est très bien situé dans Royan et le personnel très cordial. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est vraiment une belle découverte avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Pour le moment les chambres sont un peu datées et la salle de bain très petite donc un peu cher mais c'était en pleine saison. A noter l'hôtel sera rénové cet hiver donc ce sera idéal comme point de chute à Royan.
