The pool was completely shut down, with no prior warning. It was full of green water due to an apparent pump failure. They also had to shut off the water for 4 hours during the day. Ac not working in hallls and rooms properly, on the third floor anyway. Was not told about dehumidifier up front, once we were finally let in the room with a master key i had to ask what it was for and was not shown how to use it. We felt uncomfortable and asked to have a refund and leave.
