I had communicated directly with the hotel to upgrade and was quoted a price which I accepted and was told should be paid on check in. On arrival there was no upgrade I showed my emails to the receptionist Jose and was dismissed and found him rude. However I spoke to another receptionist the following day Jessica who explained things and arranged for us to be upgraded ASAP. Thank you Jessica. The pool is lovely all though the beds facing the sun have towels on early. Storage for clothes is an issue at this hotel but once upgraded the facilities and service we received compensated. We had our morning paper delivered each morning mini fridge stocked with soft drinks jacuzzi on our terrace fruit delivered at 7pm although I would have preferred to be asked what I want rather than the same thing every night. Pillow choice was also good. Overall a really relaxing holiday this is a great location to access the harbour of Cala bona as well as walking to calla Millor.
