Had no trouble checking in early. The staff is extremely accomodating. Place is quiet, inexpensive and not far from the main roads. Had a wonderful time staying there. Plus have a view of Mayon outside our third floor room.

Very cheap but wouldn’t stay again
Hotel was a little out the way and the walk there from the bus station was a bit unnerving. The hotel seemed clean and well kept, reception weren’t overly helpful. our room was right by reception and you could hear everything, people talking, music playing, kids running around. Pillows were very uncomfortable and although they claim WiFi in the reception and rooms it didn’t work at all in either which was a pain as we specifically looked to book a hotel with WiFi so we could plan the rest of our trip. The room was very cheap so I suppose you get what you pay for but we wouldn’t stay again.

Nice stay at Third and Sean's Place.
Clean room, cool aircon, accessible about 8 minutes by tricycle to SM city Legazpi. Owner is friendly and accommodating and rooms have a very nice beautiful view of Mount Mayon. Rooms with hot and cold shower. Will recommend to friends if they are coming to Legaspi. Free Wifi.

A treasure in legaspi
Our stay was amazing! The host, Tita nits was generous and extra nice. She made our legazpi trip memorable. The breakfast in the place was delicious, homemade and healthy. And another thing, the view of Mayon volcano from the rooftop is an added bonus. We highly recommend this place to anybody who wants a family friendly place to stay when in legaspi.
