It was my 2nd stay in this hotel. The 1st one was good in overall so I decided to repete this experience, however this time was a different story.
The booking and contact by email went well. I also made sure I let the hotel know I would arrive very late (11 pm) as they do not have a 24/7 desk which I understand. I also mentioned that I would need an early breakfast, which was confirmed by the manager.
Few bad points:
- The staff had not left any information to connect to the wifi (no password or login) whether at the reception or in the room. Not convenient when you cannot rely on data.
- At 7.15 am I went at the reception expecting to have breakfast (I was in a rush with a meeting at 8 am, hence my request). However the first staff arrived at 7.40 am.... He did not seem to be aware that I had requested an early breakfast.
- Once ready to check-out, it took 10 min (no jokes) to get a simple bill for the breakfast as the person at the reception had no clue how to do it and had to call his manager. Good job my meeting was only min driving away.
Overall it is a fairly nice hotel, not pricy, and basically the only one in the area. However the service has to improve when the managers are not around.
