Staff issues
Some of the staff were super nice but some would need some training on how to treat paying customers. The lady checking us on breakfast on first morning of our stay questioned us several times if we really had paid even though we showed her the receipt first time. She made us feel like we were not welcome. Hotel’s best feature was big and clean rooms.

While the maintenance team promptly came up and fixed the issue, I was disappointed that no one followed up with me afterward to check on my well-being or provide feedback regarding the incident. Ignore the negative comments, this is angriest place to stay. The staff are wonderful and so helpful, the breakfast is good, rooms are nice and location is perfect. I saw comments about the lifts, this is only for the car park, the general lifts are fine and I had no issues at all. So all in all a great place to stay and I would be back for sure.

Perfect last min booking!
I ended up at the Pullman hotel after my previous booking was cancelled without prior communication and was a perfect save. The staff were pleasant and super helpful and the room was so cozy. Although there was no consistency with placing portable water in the room it wasn’t much of an inconvenience because I could get water from the lobby bar.

Proximity to all the interesting places in the city is the major recommendation of Radisson Blue Hotel & Residence. We could walk to District 6, the botanical gardens near Parliament, V&A Waterfront, and there are lots of restaurants in all directions within walking distance. Uber transportation was also super easy to get from and to the hotel.

The property was very nice and the staff was amazing. We stayed at the property for 2 days and the air conditioning did not work in the building on our first night. Staff advised us that it was a Cape Town issue and not a hotel issue. Overall the stay was pleasant. The room was clean and our view was beautiful. I would stay here again in the future.
