We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The bed in our room not as comfortable as others , but we would stay again. Anastasia (managing the property) was FANTASTIC. Right when we got there she spent ten minutes with us explaining to us how the public transportation works. She was so accommodating and gave us a hot water urn and extra towels for our beach day. She was a pleasure to be around and such a sweet soul. Made our trip. And of course the hotel itself was just great. Such a cute place and in a great location! My favorite part was our balcony!

Our stay here was so enjoyable and comfortable thanks to Anastasia! She was so warm and hospitable which made us feel so welcomed! From the moment we arrived, she helped us settle in and patiently answered all of our questions regarding sightseeing and transportation. She printed out maps and bus schedules and even arranged our rental car which was dropped off to the hotel. Our room was quite spacious for 3 people and the views from our balcony were stunning. She also arranged the best taxi service for us upon departure to ensure we had a comfortable and spacious ride back to the port. Hotel Iris is a lovely hotel but Anastasia was the reason we had such a wonderful experience!!
