If you are looking for a taste of true Koh Phayam then this isn’t the place for you. It consists of two rows of concrete bungalows squeezed together. There’s no landscaping to speak of.
When I booked I was told that both of the rooms would be ocean front with a sea view. There’s only one property that you can see the sea and it’s not spectacular. Plus there were rowdy parties going on late into the night right in front of that room. If you have kids like we did don’t ask for that room.
The staff were not interested in their guests and the food was very poor. The breakfast was included but not nice at all (white sliced bread, fruit and Nescafé). We ate our breakfasts at the delicious June Horizons down the end of the beach.
What it did have and what some guests might be looking for is air conditioning and comfortable beds. The rooms were clean too.
Overall very disappointing!
