Very good hotel.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting Vienna. It is a little over one km from the city but we don’t mind walking. It is a quiet area and the hotel is very comfortable it is a very good hotel and I would recommend without hesitation!

The Hotel is conveniently located next to the JingAn metro station. We only need five minutes walking to JingAn temple. You can go to Pudong airport by Metro Line 2. Very friendly staff.

Check in fast and friendly. Enough elevators. Fast internet. Room a bit outdated but larg with comfy bed. Aircon worked well during the heat. Good choice of breakfast. Best part was the lounge managed by Miko and her fantastic staff.

Well managed with international standard

After staying at another hotel around the corner multiple times, I switched to staying at Kunlun this time. It's better in every way including bigger and quieter rooms. Will be back next time.

The concierge team is super efficient and wonderful. It was a lean team but they deal with the challenges with professionalism. Not only they assisted with my taobao orders, and transportation needs, they also gave excellent suggestions on what i should do

I have to say this is a very old hotel that need a major upgrade. We were there in Dec, the hotel room was very hot, the AC was not every hotel. We felt like stay in a sauna room every single day. The room was very clean, bathe room ground was dirty. It was not very pleasant to see. Some sneaky customers probably still smoking in the room that cases our room smell like cigarettes due to then central AC. The staff were nice and trying their best. I guess it’s just an old hotel. The moment you go into the hotel lobby you would smell a mixed greasy and fragrant smell. I will not go back again for sure.

価格の割に部屋が広く綺麗なので基本満足。ロケーションも良かった。不満な点はアルミサッシの窓が風で開いてしまった事。留め具が経年劣化で古くなっているので、何度かやり直してやっと閉まりました。建物、内装全体が古い感じがするにでそろそろ改修した方がいいのではと感じました。

Percfect location in Jing An. Top class breakfast for all tastes. Chinese and western specialities made to order The upgrade I recieved was magnificent , almost a junior suite with 2 bathrooms and wonderful views. Very comfortable bed with pillow menue. A proper SPA with sauna hot and cold pools. A big pool for swimming.

Rooms need a refurbishment. Air Conditioner not able to handle the warm humid temperatures. Breakfast buffet below standard. The Bar/Lounge area has very rude and unfriendly personnel. Would not recommend this hotel.

Um problema muito sério é que hóspedes nao respeitam a proibição ao fumo no interior do hotel e os corredores e quartos acabam cheirando a cigarro. Nada é feito por oarte do hotel. Inclusive encontrei cigarro no chão corredor do andar.
