Never again
Where do I begin?.. The service, the shuttle, the condition, everything was pretty bad. For hotel that positions itself as an "Airport hotel" I would expect a little bit more "Any language other than Chinese" speaking personnel. First of all the shuttle: Nowhere near to be found, airport info booth never heard of this hotel and dont know where to point to their shuttle. When when you call on your own to the hotel and start speaking English - they just hang up on you. Not once. Twice. If you manage to find the shuttle, the drivers not even remotely pretending to look like they know what customer service is. A mother with two children and a baggage - they didn't offer any help even if you pay them. You get into hotel and the smell of some chemicals is the smell is nauseous. When asked what's going on and if we can get a different room the answer is that they are fighting pests problem and all rooms are treated with the solution so there are no "good" rooms and it is so late in the night you cannot go to a different hotel. Suddenly you realize why all the rooms you passed by are with open doors and open windows. And it is in upper 90sF (30C) outside, so opening a window is killing the air condition, but if you don't open it will kill you along with pests.
So yeah. Never again will I stay at this forsaken place.
