Overall, a decent overnight stay.
Check-in was smooth and they let us into the room early much to our relief. Slight musty smell when we entered the room (367) but otherwise it was comfortable and we slept well. Very quiet room. Urban restaurant in the evening was adequate. Took us too long to get seated (the restaurant was not busy). Food came quickly but service from some of the staff was slow with a feeling of being uninterested, so that was disappointing. Self-service breakfast was included with our room rate and decent. No selection of any hams or cheeses etc. at least when we stayed - I spoke to two Dutchies who were very disappointed with the offering. Location of the hotel is convenient to terminal 4. Getting to terminal 2/3 can be done by the Elizabeth line and it is free - just obtain a free travel ticket from the ticket machine. Would stay here again, but eat elsewhere in the evening.

Very good and convenient airport hotel. We arrived a day early so we could visit London. Easy access to the underground, comfort, clean and a nice buffet breakfast. I would stay here again

Pleasant stay
It was a pleasant stay, nice and comfortable and of course very convenient. The only thing I missed was water bottles, they don’t provide water even to make tea or coffee. You have to buy them at the hotel for £3.50. No complaints since you get what you pay for. The breakfast has all kinds of choices so happy about that.

Not that happy
Stayed a second time coming back from travels first time really lovely. This time i was let down by this hotel. The bathroom had mould on the shower handle holder and the shampoo/body wash had duck tape taped to hold it. This is not what I expect for this hotel range or price level. I spoke to the hotel staff but they said nothing could be done as already paid for. Not happy a partial refund should be given here when the room is below par like this!
