Terrible service.
Booked this hotel to celebrate a birthday and we were greeted with the front desk saying our room wasn’t available anymore. Claimed they phoned me a few days prior to confirm. Surely if a guest does not answer a call, you follow up with an email? Funny thing is, at 1am of my booking, they said my two rooms wouldn’t be next to each other.
So first they claim I didn’t confirm them a few days before, yet a few hours before check in, they’re telling me about my room.
Their solution?
1. Take us to a nearby hotel for a room
2. Pay for a cheaper room (but couldn’t give us a refund as Expedia deals with it. So they want us to pay MORE money to them due to their fault)
Finally after persistence, two rooms magically became available.
This sort of management shouldn’t be happening. It caused a bad start to a birthday trip. What made it worse was the girl at check out was also rude too.
Seems like it’s run by a bunch of teenagers. It’s a big shame because the area and the business room isnt too bad.
