Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff!, It was a little frustrating to find the lobby because it’s in third floor and there were no signs. Also there was no coffee at night. I recommend it .

VERY EXCELENT SERVICE by desk worker Angela. Amazing, polite, kind, professional & always helpful. In less than a couple minutes my room was ready & I was happy in my room ready to rest. Very clean hotel. Peefect bathroom. Good breakfast & very safe zone in beautiful Monterrey city. Also Azucena at the reception desk, always ready to help the guest.

Small but functional room adequate for short stay
Really small room. No closet. The bathroom was small but functional - however, the bathroom door opened towards the bathroom, which required maneuvering inside the bathroom. No iron and board either. Oh, and the telephone was out of service.

The room was not cleaned, the toilet didn’t fill. We reported it early and they sent the maintenance’s manager until 7pm. We had to wait for towels to be washed so we Could get at least clean towels. Card for parking lot would not work 2 out of 3 times. Really disappointed with the actual conditions. I stayed there before and it is pretty run down nowadays. Unfortunately:(. I asked to be relocated as they don’t have personnel on Sundays and the manager in charge said he was not authorized to do so. I’d been told earlier (9am) that the room would be refreshed after 2 days .

When we arrive, lobby had water on the floor and nobody came to clean.When we received the room, and went in, it smell dirty, the room was not cleaned ,the bathroom, the toilet and handwash were dirty. There was alot hair on the bed. I immediatelt reported and was promised they would send someone to clean,but it never happen. They promised to give us another room later,and when we came back after dinner the staff told us the room was clean. However, the room was not cleaned. After all they gave us another room but the experience was terrible,never again will we come to this establishment. Everything was dirty. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Todo excelente excepto el check-in
El 90% de la estancia estuvo genial, la recámara muy cómoda y con todo lo esencial, todo súper limpio, la atención de los trabajadores excelente. Mi única queja es el check-in, llegué 15 minutos antes de las 3, hice el preregistro y mi pago y me comentaron que necesitaba esperar a las 3 para que se desbloquearan las llaves de las habitaciones. A las 3 empezó a llegar gente al preregistro y a ellos los pasaban directo, mientras que a los que llegamos unos minutos antes nos hicieron esperar más de una hora. Hay que agilizar ese sistema porque hay gente que llega a la ciudad a eventos o reuniones pero necesita dejar sus cosas o refrescarse y tiene el tiempo contado.

Un hotel muy recomendado por su cercanía al Tecnológico y su ubicación en medio de una plaza. Dispone estrictamente de lo básico. Coincidió mi estancia con un evento y eso fue algo incómodo por la cantidad de personas, especialmente en el momento del desayuno (desorden).

INCIDENTE HUMO,ESCALERAS BLOQUEADAS
Noche terrible,sonó alarma de incendio,humo en los pasillos,estábamos 5to piso,usamos escaleras emergencia,escaleras de emergencia bloqueadas en el 2do piso.Tuvimos que saltar por cornisa para llegar a lobby.No hubo incendio,pero nunca nos dijeron que fue el humo.El humo salía por elevadores y escalera interna. Duro una hora saliendo humo.Bomberos se fueron pero seguia saliendo humo. Mi familia y yo nos fuimos a otro hotel. El hotel NO quiso reembolsar la noche.Pesimo servicio de mostrador y Gerencia.Incidente Noche del 21 al 22 Enero 2025.PROTECCION CIVIL DEBE DE REVISAR INSTALACIONES, URGENTE!!!
