I have stayed here before but will not do so again
1. I had booked a 2 bedroom junior suite but got 2 bedrooms and one bathroom - I did not complain because my travel companion was unable to complete the trip.
2. Having left my credit card the hotell authorised US100 on my card. I tried to charge lunch($30 Approx) to my room I was to,d I had to pay in cash or credit card - attemptsto reverse this decision by contacting the front desk proved negative, though when I complained to the front desk I was told I could charge to my room.
3. Hotel have any number of tour brochures and at the front desk I booked an afternoon tour for the following day- after waiting 45 minutes the transport had not arrived - the front desk phoned the travel company who I was told said that they had no reservation, but if I wanted I could get a taxi to the departure point and they would knock $10 off the cost - I didn’t bother.
4. I had a 5.40AM departure flight and was told I needed to book a taxi at least 24 hours in advance - and this I did - the NEXT morning I was woken abruptly at 2.30 AM to be told my airport taxi was waiting for me - this was 24 hours before my flight
There were other minor issues, but clearly at this hotel the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing-no one at the front desk was prepared to take responsibility and the stock answer was that it would have to be referred to his or her supervisor, who I suspect did not exist
