Great location, however, it is not where it states on the maps, Hotels.com and Google. It is a few hundred meters away. Great family, lovely people. Bed not too comfortable and small double mattress. Overall, very happy with service.

Leider gab es weder den versprochenen Safe im Zimmer noch gab es Wifi dort, kostenlos schon gar nicht. Auch das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück wollte die Unterkunft zuerst gar nicht oder nur gegen Entgelt zur Verfügung stellen. Zugang zum Zimmer gab es nur durch die gesamte Wohnung der Wirtsleute quer längs durch, was vor allem nachts unangenehm war, da ich sie wecken musste. Recht weit außerhalb. Vor allem war es ihnen wichtig, dass ich bei ihnen für einen üppigen Preis zu ABend esse.

Achtung - Betrugsversuch (Attention - Scam)
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir gleich vom Sohn vom Vermieter abgepasst, der uns erklärte, dass das Zimmer wegen Beschädigung nicht entsprechend genutzt werden könne. Wir wurden zur Unterkunft "Hostal La Esquinita" einer/eines Verwandten vom Vermieter von Casa Boggiano gebracht: Im "Hostal La Esquinita" (Adresse Rita M. Montelier Nr. 26, Trinidad) war unser Ansprechpartner ein Mann namens Carlos, der uns nachdrücklich erklärte, dass wir das Mietauto ja nicht in der Straße vor der Unterkunft stehen lassen sollten und er uns auch keine andere Straße raten könne (wir hatten eine Unterkunft mit Parkmöglichkeit gebucht!). Er würde uns aber seine Garage als Abstellmöglichkeit anbieten. Wir haben diese Möglichkeit genutzt. Am nächsten Morgen jedoch kam Carlos mit einem befreundeten "Mechaniker", der uns erklärte, er wäre Mitarbeiter unserer Automietfirma (was nachweislich nicht stimmte!) und unser Auto hätte ein kaputtes Ventil an den Reifen gehabt das er gleich ausgetauscht hätte (was auch nicht stimmte!) und wir nun ca. 70 CUC zu zahlen hätten - dies würde dann mit der Autovermietungsfirma gegengerechnet. Wir mussten wirklich nachdrücklich verneinen, bevor Carlos und sein "Mechaniker" uns damit in Ruhe ließen und wir gehen konnten. Da wir für diese Casa keine Buchung gemacht haben und es keine andere Bewertungsmöglichkeit gibt, wollten wir an dieser Stelle auf den Vorfall Aufmerksam machen, sodass kein anderer Urlauber auf diese freche und auch teure Vorgehensweise reinfällt.

Casa Boggiano es espectacular! nuestra estancia fue excelente! dormitorios limpios, completos y con aire acondicionado. Esta ubicado en una zona muy buena y es muy economico! Los dueños (Francisco y Mislady) son personas excelentes, carismaticas que nos han ayudado a conseguir excursiones, taxis, etc. Nos orientaron donde comprar las cosas, como manejarnos en la ciudad. Son unos genios! Por el precio modico, decidimos desayunar, almorzar y cenar ahi mismo, donde las manos de Mislady hacen magia en la cocina! (pidan que les prepare arroz moro y platos tradicionales de cuba! no se van a arrepentir!) Francisco nos ha hecho reir mucho con sus charlas, en sus descansos, ya que esta constantemente trabajando para mejorar la casa y ofrecer mejores servicios! Mas alla de ser los "dueños" de la casa y alquilarnos una habitacion, al finalizar la estancia puedo decir que hicimos dos nuevos amigos! La casa esta a media cuadra de la estacion del tren turistico y a 300 metros de la plaza principal, haciendo que las distancias sean cortas y se difrute mucho mas. Tambien nos dieron agua filtrada para tomar! ya que el agua de cuba no esta recomendada para viajeros y para comprar es bastante cara. 1.5 cuc el litro y medio! Como resumen quiero decir que los recomiendo, que las habitaciones son un lujo, se descansa muy bien ya que no hay ruidos de noche y con el aire acondicionado y la ducha caliente, no se necesita mas para tener unas vacaciones de lujo!

La stanza è discreta come il resto, giusta pulizia,areata e molto luminosa in quanto ha una grossa finestra verso la strada. Buona posizione subito fuori il centro a circa 400 metri da plaza mayor. Francisco e miladi mi hanno fatto sentire in famiglia io ho cenato le tre sere in casa e devo dire sempre soddisfatto. Il piatto centrale è stato rispettivamente carne, gamberi e addirittura aragosta, una squisitezza. Ho trovato utile anche un piccolo terrazzo di pertinenza della camera. Tutte le sere a fine giornata mi sedevo sulla sedia a dondolo e mi gustavo un moyto guardando le stelle. Il bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Insomma un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Casa particular trascurata, camera vecchia, sporca e con un condizionatore vecchissimo e rumorosissimo, finestra non oscurata e sigillata che causa un fastidioso effetto serra , abbastanza fuori dal centro che comunque si raggiunge in 15 minuti a piedi. Signora gentile ma tutta finalizzata a concretizzare guadagni extra come colazione e cena che abbiamo accettato per una cifra che non prevedeva bevande con le quali la cifra è letteralmente raddoppiata, trucchetti che ormai da noi non esistono più. Nel complesso esistono case più centrali e soprattutto più pulite ed accoglienti alla stessa tariffa, sconsigliata.
