Not as good as promised
Modern hotel, wasn’t sure where to park car as all parks had 180 minute time limits. We were there for a function then staying over. No one at reception, you have to use phone. Same with check out, as we had pre paid just left the room keys & left. Beds quite nice, but pillows could be a lot better. Didn’t realise at the time but were given a disability room. So much for being a Gold Hotels.com client, instead of an up grade or was more like a down grade. Bathroom not ideal, very small hand basin & no where to put your toilet ammenities on. Need to fix floor in the lift. Had breakfast there, a la carte menu, quite nice food & good coffee. Apart from tea & coffee (Nespresso) in the room nothing else. Could have done with a couple of biscuits. Probably wouldn’t stay there again unless we bought our own pillows with us & they have as a normal room.
