Para não dizer ruim, digo HORRÍVEL!
Fui muitas vezes quando este era o Plaza Itapema. Os novos proprietários fizeram péssimas reformas onde não precisava e onde precisava mesmo (quartos) pouco fizeram. A ignorância é gigante que cercaram tudo e para qualquer lugar você precisa do cartão (chave). Ontem esqueci o cartão dentro do apartamento, não podia sair de carro, não podia chegar na recepção, não podia ir em lugar algum, fiquei realmente preso, e ainda sem ter um interfone para comunicar com a recepção, que por sinal você tem que descobrir que para chamar do telefone do quarto é*10, pois ninguém informou o número da recepção. Funcionários sem vontade de trabalhar e comida de péssima qualidade. Pra quem conheceu o Plaza Itapema, e conhece agora este "novo" hotel é uma decepção extrema. Posso retornar... Quando souber que mudou o dono!

Ótima estadia, o hotel é muito bom. Super recomendo, especialmente com crianças. O espaço da piscina externa é muito bom. A praia estava com o mar bastante agitado. Não recomendo para crianças pequenas. Mas a estrutura do hotel é muito boa.

Bom, mas com potencial pouco explorado
As instalações são ótimas, os funcionários muito atenciosos, educados e bem treinados, desde a recepção, a recreadora e as camareiras que atendem ao quarto. O resort tem uma área imensa, bem cuidada mas pouco ativa. Já visitei hotéis muito mais simples com várias atividades, staff mal treinado e diárias muito mais caras. Sobre a alimentação: o cafe da manhã deixou muito mesmo a desejar, almoçamos um dia no local e também não gostamos. Os outros restaurantes do hotel nao estavam abertos. Pedimos um lanche no quarto que estava muito bom. A impressão que nos passou foi que o resort estava em “ stand by”. Tem muito potencial, mas pouco explorado.

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste resort , não mudou nada em 1 ano . Ficamos num chalé , muito espaçoso , cama confortável , itens grátis no frigobar . Piscina externa de bom tamanho, bom serviço de bar . Café da manhã muito bom . Jantar ok . Serviço de praia incluso , atendentes muito solícitos . Não fiz uso de serviços de SPA e sauna , então não posso avaliar . Pretendemos retornar em breve
