"Beautiful hotel, nice rooms and comfy clean beds. I love this hotel and would stay here again next time. My mom loved it too, she lost her phone and one of the maintenance guy found it👍. My stay included a very nice buffett breakfast, all the foods were delicious. One thing though, this hotel has no wheelchair access to the lobby/ stairs are the only way, either you have to carry it all up by 2 people or through an employee entrance lift. "There was black mould in some places of the bathroom, the toilet seat was visibly dirty (actually had pee stains on it), and our room safe didn't work even after asking to have it fixed. The hotel looks nicer in photos than it actually is. Otherwise, the hotel is safe, the beds are comfortable, and it is conveniently attached to a large shopping mall with food options, clothing stores, a movie theater, and kids play areas."
