Concierge were nice but couldn't answer all of my questions. If you didn't want to pay for the hotel taxi (more), one had to get their own Uber -- perhaps this is an Amman thing generally, not sure. "

In the local area I only tried the boardwalk and mall. WiFi connection was good. There was some noise in the late evening, which I believe was coming from the W hotel right next door. Pool area is not that impressive. "
