"Property was walkable to the things we wanted to do. It is in amongst smaller alleys so getting close required a drop off and walk.There is no on site management but when things went wrong ( the kitchen sink fell into in cabinet) they were able to respond and deal with it within 24 hours."

Alfonso is the most gracious of hosts and has built a beautiful home with six guest rooms that each have their own bathrooms, all situated around an inner courtyard. "The staff at Simon Verde were incredible and very helpful! The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and close to many restaurants. It is a little outdated but the affordable price definitely made up for that. The only suggestion I would have is that the rooms have some type of coffee maker or tea kettle to make coffee or tea. "The bartenders were not especially knowledgeable but they could take care of any drink with the ingredients in the name. The rooms were spacious and clean.
