Our stay at SO/ Paris was absolutely amazing. From the very first moment, we received a warm and elegant welcome, and we want to especially highlight Jesús, who greeted us with a kind smile, helped us with our luggage to our room, and continued to be wonderfully attentive throughout our stay. Every time we left or returned to the hotel, he greeted us with genuine warmth, offered assistance, and truly made us feel at home.

"My spouse & I stayed here 6 nights and it was wonderful. The hotel itself is very cool and clean. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was small but doable. Bed and pillows very comfortable! Water pressure in the shower was great, had no issue with hot or cold water. Maid service came when needed and did a great job replacing what we needed. The area around the hotel is great too- so many shops and restaurants. Felt very safe walking around, even at night. We had absolutely zero issues and would definitely return!"
