The traffic noise from road entering property quite loud if sliding door open to let in some fresh air, our room was at the front of the property facing the road, it wld probably be ok around the other side of the property in other stay options, given hand towels for shower mats, water everywhere on floor, spa bath large great size, unfortunately our room on arrival smelt like smokers had used previously, we needed to leave glass door open all night to let fresh air in...
