"This was the second time I stayed at this location. This time I was in a standalone room on the property instead of in one of the rooms on the second floor. The hotel location is fairly simple to get to, located within a gated community where there are at least two guards on duty at all times that check all vehicles going in and out. They are also very friendly.

"The property manager immediately made us feel welcome. The locale is quiet and scenic and the staff are attentive to questions and requests. There are many insects, some which gain access to the room easily. "

"Set in the countryside of Chiang Dao, very peaceful and beautiful resort surrounded by nature. In a good location to get to other places, and very good food at the restaurant."

"Very quiet property with close proximity to the old city. Loved the balconies off the room. Pool did not seem to be operational at the time of our visit. Expedia also noted that there is a shuttle from the airport which there is not."

"The keyword here is Budget. You don’t pay much for this hotel. Lobby and breakfast areas are fine. But the room is in poor condition. It wouldn’t take much just to patch the holes in the ceiling or remove the dust here and there or add a shower curtain. Beware, the bed mattress is very hard. Almost like a gym mattress.
Walking distance to 100 bars, 500 restaurants, 100 massage parlours, 25 7-eleven and 1 old city.
