"The place was beautiful but we were on the second floor and there was no elevator so after arriving a midnight I had to carry everything in myself (there with my two small children) but I managed. An elevator would have saved me a few trips. "

"There was no one initially at the desk when we got there, had to wait about 10 minutes. The person had left the premises with no one for back up. When we got to the room - the Television didn't work, the bathroom door worked but was basically broken, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, and the place just seemed to be....old. Bed was comfy though."

"Very nice rooms / hallways / common areas; only one of 3 elevators was working and even that was slow - these things happen but those elevators need renovation. Great location. "
